Suddenly after forming new habits to write more often, read more often, smoke less, breathe more deeply, live more mindfully in constant gratitude, drink more water way more often every day, and be less comfortable- I have found myself consciously ready to workout and do physical activity everyday again!

Whether I only ride a bike, workout for 15 minutes, weigh lift, yoga, stretch, play a game of tennis, or even do just 100 push-ups and sit-ups: no matter what I want physical activity to take up a portion of my day. I want to spend moments present using the God-given healthy muscles and cardiovascular system that I was born with. My incentive? I HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY ATHLETIC ALL MY LIFE.

Good Morning, “today I am brimming with #energy and overflowing with #Joy.” Although I do not remember much of any dream or conscious thought from my sleep this morning, “my body is healthy; my mind is brilliant; my soul is tranquil.”

I would like to take this moment to be thankful for the current scenarios and granted wishes of my charmed past. I often refer to a period of unwanted attractions from 2009-2012 as “Darker Times.” But those days have been over and I am still grateful for the lessons and safety that came out every experience.

I believe deeply in affirmations with conviction in heir truth and power to enrich my life. I found a a blog with 10-Life-Changing #Affirmations. Today I am having an extraordinary day. One secret I have learned in activating affirmations is that speaking in the present tense is the best tense- in fact it’s the only tense.

Speaking “I am,” or “we are” aloud in the present tense speaks volumes of power into your world almost IMMEDIATELY changing your present moment, connecting and aligning your present self with a DESIRED “future-present self.” This power is speeding up my magnetized processing power and #Attracting my more present thoughts and convicted dreams to me faster as we speak.

• “Everything that is happening now is happening for my ultimate #good:

There are no victims, no accidents and no coincidences EVER. They simply do not exist in this reality as you and others will only attract what you and they are a part of. So know from the bottom of your heart that everything happens for a reason and in perfect synchronicity. You are at peace with all that has happened, is happening, and will happen. Your fears of #tomorrow are simply melting away.”

-Josh Richardson (writer/blogger)

My latest healthy habit is writing like a pro. I thought that most f these entries would be private however it seems as those I feel compelled to publish most of these personal article as I am finding them extremely profounds aspects of my daily thought process. I am certain these ideas and positive affirmations can enrich another reader’s experience as well.

• “I am the architect of my life; I build its foundation and choose its contents:

This is something that you should tell yourself when you wake up every morning. Every new day offers a fresh start and also makes an impact on others around you. You can make anything of that day that you like because you are the architect of your own life. If you begin your day with a positive thought and feeling it will transform your day into something incredible. Works every time.”

-Josh Richardson (writer/blogger)

• “Today, I abandon my old habits and take up new, more positive ones:

Realize that any difficult time are only a short phase of life. This too shall pass along with your old habits as you take in the new. You are a fully adapting being with creative energy which surges through you and leads you to new and brilliant ideas and the mindset that allows that energy to flow.”

-Josh Richardson (writer/blogger)

These affirmations are powerful and their explanations are reminders of how mindful we can and should be throughout our daily lives. All the technology in the world should t distract us from several moments of “presence” and gratitude throughout our day. This can automatically reduce stress and cosmically reduce the attraction of stressful occurrences in and throughout our day.

"Be productive, be happy, be grateful and march forward with purpose."

It’s been one day since I began journaling with DAY ONE iPhone App. And it’s been approximately one month since I reached another benchmark of progress and work ethic.

I have been growing happier day-by-day since 2014 began and most of my happiness has come from fulfillment of intended desires and achievement. In Deepak Chopra’s book “the 7 Spiritual Laws of Success,” Chopra explained that the ancient sages always spoke of great spirit at the source of all achievement. I have found this to be true. Because when I cross a task off my OBJECTIVES list I feel good. When I cross off a few items I feel great, and when I cross off several I feel excellent!

My work ethic these days is governed by my will power to stay the course, operating my highest vibration. I often indulge in practices that lower my vibration, grounding and relaxing my spirit. I find that I enjoy this ha bit often as it releases me from my natural state and entered me into a much more relaxed and peaceful state. However recently I cut back for some days just to achieve my authentic energy levels again. I believe that I am going to begin operating at my more Authentic energy levels more than not. This means that I will only partake in substances that lower my vibration at night or toward a day’s end instead of anywhere in between.

I operate a such high vibrations that after just 12 hours of Authentic existence I become a full blown magnet with energy levels rising from 85%. Needless to say my latest goal has been to “live life on purpose.” That is drinking water with meaning, intention, and gratitude. This means breathing consciously and grateful more constantly and automatically throughout my day. (I have noticed that breathing deeply brings the emotion and nostalgia of smells out of experiences. Even when eating I discovered that breathing will enhance the taste and memory of your food).

Some newer ways that I am living life on purpose is by reading and writing more. In high school and grammar school I was more outspoken that my recent prior self. This is because I expressed myself in a number of ways being that I was younger and had not generated a filter or so oral ego yet. All though more of my peers viewed me as egotistical back then, than they do now. This is funny because I have an article to publish about “the selfie” and the evolution of such a phenomenon in connection with my experience.

This new habit of writing often and reading more is enriching my day-to-day experience, and reminding me of how I USED TO conquer down-time with productive, fun, self development. Journaling is almost instantly repairing my soul and I hope that I continue to do this constantly. I hope that I get personal enough to keep many posts private. And I hope that I have much material that I can publish personally to any beings who are inspired to follow me. Ultimately, writing here in these personal settings generates stimulated, action-ized habits of pure expressions and therapeutic attention to self. This can translate into a number of other healthy daily practices, especially: Writing consistently excellent articles to publish more often on LinkedIn.com since I was invited on board as an official LinkedIn publisher.

So far I have published one article that has gotten a world of attention and some great feedback. I am grateful for this bit of interaction and eternally grateful that I now receive the rest of my recognition and accolades for excellent penmanship.

One aspect in my old journaling as a teen that I was missing out on was the “power of words.” Back then I didn’t consciously write EVERY word out of my mouth. It was more impulse and automatic feeling mixed with the insight of my intuition. Now, my personal writing contains an element of consciousness and awareness of the “power of words,” thus rendering my new writing a tool for shaping my reality dater and more stronger.

When an idea moves from thought into recorded documentation of a nylons the I believe the idea has thus moved from a realm of non-waist emcee to its first dimension or plane of existence here in OUR physical realm. Written words possess THAT power especially when done with deep-set, clear intention and desire. I am fully living in the magic of life again. And my many writings will publish tangible affirmations from my experience driving my deepest desires and dreams to fruition as I simple write about it. My next entry may be about the celebrities I want to meet and my seeking for billionaire/millionaire mentorship and friends of that caliber.

Starting here I will close every entry with an original quote from my sea of ideas:

"Creative expansion is only yours for the making, never for the taking."

I am currently perplexed. A coWorker mentioned a life coaching certification class that I would be perfect for. I submitted my application and payment impulsively unaware of the $575.00 USD price tag to follow.

It’s not that I can’t afford the classes. But, rather is this the best choice right now with so many other expenses to mitigate and finances to save. I believe that this would be a great side venture with serious reward for now but it is going to be a temporary expense with a little weight to it. (16 weeks starting August 23rd). My best friend was also deeply questioning my actions in the scenario. Part of me knows that she was probably being territorial of me since my closer ladies often do that. And part of me understands that she has good insight in many situations and means well to make sure I am not going to burnout or overload and get scattered.

Needless to say: I am perplexed with this situation. I submitted the app, got excited, and even researched the professional world of life coaching. I found that ICF (INTERNATIONAL COACH FOUNDATION) is the most accredited accreditation system available. If I were to continue these classes and pay the fee I can later apply to the ACCS accreditation from the ICF and become a highly recognized member of the organization. I would also become a part of a billion-dollar industry in America alone.

However right before I began THIS paragraph the food I ordered from Chicago’s renown #ChiTung arrived but the deliver guy’s scanner needed a moment to work. So instead f sanding awkwardly at the door we slowly drove Into friendly interaction. Nice day, cool summer, then my piece apple technology sparked an entire mini conversation and connection about tech. The thing is… Moments before I began writing ANY of this I had just finished reading a blog I saved about increasing mindfulness (truly habituating “living in the moment” without becoming a monk).

After closing my front door walking to the kitchen and putting my food down on the counter the first thing that touched me in the bag was my fortune cookie. I proceed to open it after taking a bite of my crab Rangoon.

I believe the answer to the scenario is in the words of this classic fortune. By the way, I always attract very profound and uplifting fortunes. This one was more of a lesson realized and solution to my scenario.

Today is the first day of my new digital journaling. This will be quite the adventure because I will dumping mountains of deeper inner-self expression into this digital app. I plan to get personal. And truly focus my writings from my purest heart. I will be keeping things transparent here! Expressing sensitive truths and revealing very detailed personal experiences all for the sake of two possibilities:

  1. Making my spirit happier and more fulfilling. I noticed that in the past when I would constantly write to myself about things taking place in my life that I would actively solve emotional problems through deep analyzation and a close look into myself and the situation. Now at age 23 in 2014 I am bringing back this daily therapeutic release, journaling and writing In hopes that it will completely enrich my spilt again. I have lost touch of my personal intimacy and I need to reconnect with myself.

  2. These writings may possibly be used in a future publication that I publish. Or perhaps one of my Journal entries would make for a great Article that I am writing on LinkedIn or for a newspaper. Either way the personal things are for me and the less personal writings are for the life around me.

Toccata and Fugue in D Minor for Organ, BWV 565

My department director and co-worker said that I am playing “Evil Genius Music” in the office today. #VeryFunny

Someone once told me they don’t like #fortune cookies because they always get something crazy. I always attract uplifting, unique, profound fortunes. I wonder why.
